How much are freight charges?

$10 nationwide (New Zealand & Australia up to 5 kilograms)


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We will ship your in stock item within 1-2 working days and delivery should be between 3-4 working days (subject to the order being processed prior to 12.00pm on a weekday) Orders placed over the weekend will be sent on Monday and will be received within four working days.

What methods can I pay by?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Cheque, and Direct Debit

What size am I?

We stock Australian standard sizes. For all size enquires please refer to the size charts or contact us for more information.

I don’t have a Credit Card how else do I pay?
We happily accept Cheque or Direct Debit.

How long do I have to return items?
Online Boutique is happy to exchange or issue a credit note on your garment within 7 DAYS from the date of purchase, provided you have your receipt and the garment is UNWORN with tags attached, however no refund will be given for change of mind.

This can be done via mail order with prior arrangement by e-mail. Special occasion items, bikinis and accessories are non-returnable. Unfortunately OLB are are not able to offer any refunds on sale ITEMS.
